New venue in Kings Heath

Good news – classes are starting again after a long summer break and we’re in a new venue.

Come and join us on Tuesdays, 7pm-8.30pm at Kings Heath Community centre. It’s on Heathfield Road, right off the High Street so easily accessible by public transport and there is parking too.

Beginners are very welcome. Hopefully see you there! ☯️

        Hi Wayne,

Thanks for getting in touch about our tai chi class.

We’re at Kings Heath Community Centre on Highfield Road (B14 7DB) on Wednesday evenings 6:30pm-8:00pm.

The class is £8, we train in Lee style tai chi and a class will usually include a warm up, the tai chi dance, a partner exercise such as stick hands, kai men (breathing & stretching exercises) and the tai chi form.

There are different levels in the class and beginners are very welcome. Let me know if you have any other questions or just come along on a Wednesday evening 🙂

I am presently a beginner with another Tai Chi organisation in Birmingham but also would like to also attend another class close to where l live.
    Thank you
    Kind regards

      Hi Con,
We usually train in Kings Heath but we’re moving to Cannon Hill Park to train outside for the next 12 weeks. Class is for an hour and a half.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Hi,
Will you be at Kings Heath Community Centre from Tue 27th August or Cannon Hill Park?

Also are these tai chi or qigong sessions?
    Many thanks
