Autumn Update

We reached the autumn equinox this week and earlier in the month, a new term of our tai classes began. Training at this time of year is a good way to align your body with the season’s natural shift toward internal reflection, deep breathing, and physical stability.1

After a break over the summer that included attending training in Cornwall at the Taoist Cultural Arts Association summer course, we are glad to be back in the community-owned Kings Heath Community Centre with our weekly class on Wednesday evenings from 6.00pm to 8.30pm.

The term has got off to a great start with attendance from existing students and those trying tai chi for the first time. Beginners are always welcome at our class.

If you’d like to join us and have any questions, email [email protected] , or just come along to class.
