Excitement levels are building!
There are less than two weeks left now until our day course at Kings Heath Community Centre on Saturday 31st January.

The Birmingham club has hosted weekend courses before, but this will be the first time we’ll hold one at the community centre, the same venue where our weekly tai chi classes are held on Wednesday evenings.
So what happens on one of these courses?
Well, it’s essentially the same format as our weekly classes; a gentle but invigorating warm up followed by practicing the tai chi dance and partner exercises that build energy during the morning, then in the afternoon the focus is on our kai men and dao yin breathing exercises followed by the tai chi form.
The difference being that with the course stretching from 11am til 4pm, it really allows you to take your time a bit more and focus on the detail of what you’re learning. It’s also great working with students and teachers from other clubs and of course, we make plenty of time for tea breaks and some friendly chat 🙂
Beginners are very welcome too – it’s a great way to get an introduction to what it’s all about.
If you’d like to join us for a day or even just a half day, you can book through this page:
