Daily training
We have three lengths of video lessons 30 minutes, 45 minutes and one hour, plus we have two options of resolutions, 4k for high bandwidth fast connections like ultra fast or super fast fibre or cable broadband, and HD for low bandwidth users.
Beginners level one in 4k

Navigate the viewing angle by dragging with your mouse, swiping on your tablet, or tilting your smartphone. This feature allows you to view the movements from various angles, ensuring you can see every detail, even when the direct front view is obstructed.
